These pictures are of the facades on some of the houses along Scott street in San Francisco. Apparently these fronts are somewhat unique to San Francisco, at least the over the roof front facades seem to be unique to here. They are not everywhere in SF either, but some streets some to have an abundance of them, such as Scott street. If you know about the history of these things, please email me at wessonj@jpj.net.
Here's how the gallery works. When you click on a picture it takes you to a full size version of it. At the top of the picture will be navigational arrows. On the right side will be a forward arrove that point to the right (except on the last image), a back arrow that points to the left (except on the first image), and on the left side a set of double back arrows that will take you back to the index. At the top in the middle will be a counter that indicates which picture you are on out of the number of picturers in the gallery (i.e. 2/27 means you are are picture 2 of 27 pictures).
